We’re excited to announce that Millstream has been awarded the grounds maintenance contract for Newport Pagnell, starting on 1 April 2025 and running for the next five years. With this contract, we now proudly maintain the three largest parishes in Milton Keynes. An achievement that reflects our continued commitment to delivering high quality Grounds Maintenance in Milton Keynes.
This contract covers a vast area of parks and open spaces, allowing the community to enjoy well-maintained, beautiful surroundings year-round. Here’s what we’ll be looking after:
- 40 hectares of grass maintenance – Keeping parks, verges, and recreational areas looking their best.
- 10km of hedges – Trimmed and tidy, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal.
- 10,000 sqm of shrub beds – Carefully managed to enhance biodiversity and public enjoyment.
- Over 3,000 parish-owned trees – Monitored and maintained for health and safety.
Winning this contract is another step forward in growing our local authority partnerships. We already work with multiple councils, and we’re proud to add Newport Pagnell Town Council to our list of valued partners. We’re looking forward to collaborating closely to deliver top quality grounds maintenance for the area’s residents.
